Winter greens can be used indoors and typically will last up to 6 weeks if watered. Outdoors, you can freeze them into a planter and they can last up to March.
To store, keep your greens in a cool area out of light. Ideally outside in a box sitting on a shady side of a house in a snowbank works really well.
